Brief Biography
Nizette Brennan has been a professional stone sculptor for over 25 years. Her work has been displayed in numerous individual and group exhibitions, locally and abroad, as well as many Public Art and Commissions permanently on display. She has received numerous awards and grants for her work.
Nizette first developed her interest in stone sculpture at the University of Maryland where she earned her B.A. and went on to study at the Athens Center for the Creative Arts. Later she participated in the Sculpture Studio in Pietrasanta, Italy and was
a Studio Assistant for Isamu Noguchi.
